Hello!

After my mini update in the week, of course if you want to play tennis in the bubble, it’s now up! Thanks again to our fantastic team of volunteers who helped with the (re)installation. If you want to play, please book your court online. And that goes for all courts and activities at the Club. Please do fill in your survey if you’ve not done so yet and the offer to receive extra credit on your Membership cards runs until Friday 17th November. A quick reminder if you top up your Membership card by £100 – £249 you’ll receive 5%. From £250 – £499 it’s 7.5% and for credits over £500 you’ll receive a whopping 10% added to your card. And with that and your Membership discount – makes our drinks some of the most affordable in town! Please see Mark in the bar to add credit and for Club Membership details click HERE.  

This Remembrance Sunday, the Club will be represented at the annual gathering outside the Frinton Memorial Club. Feel free to join in the event which starts at 10am for a short service and wreath laying. And at this time, I am sure that this year’s event will be more poignant and relevant than over many recent years.

New Staff Member!

Welcome Hannah May as our new Hospitality & Membership Coordinator. We wish her all the best in this new role. And also to thank Karen Hawes who’s been a magnificent and hard working member of our team. But don’t worry, Karen will be back for various events and won’t be leaving us entirely. Hannah will be working alongside Georgia on delivering our events and with Kim to improve how we look after you, our Members. Please do pop in and say hi!

Squash Championship Finals | Sunday 12th November

Don’t miss our Squash Finals this Sunday from 4pm! You’ll see our Club’s best players battle it out for glory and bragging rights. Who will win? Who will lose? Whose name will make it to the board? Please come and support our players, it will be fun! And I do expect a little light refreshment may be taking place in the bar afterwards!

Childrens’ Activities | Tennis & Squash 

If you’re looking for a fun and healthy activity for your junior, why not try tennis or squash? Our coaches are friendly, experienced and passionate about their sport. They will teach your child the basics of tennis, squash (or both!), as well as help them develop their skills and confidence. We will be playing some funky music and you can dance until you get tired. We will have lots of fun with Santa and a kiddy buffet will be available too.
