We are looking for a dynamic Events Manager to plan and run Club and externally booked events.
Full-time job; 35 Hours per week
Base Salary £23,250 plus bonus scheme!

Responsibilities include meeting clients, preparing quotes, negotiating with caterers, coordinating with colleagues and marketing events.
You will handle everything from bookings to on-the-day execution, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities include:
– Handle enquiries and bookings for events, weddings, and functions.
– Coordinate with caterers and colleagues.
– Oversee event marketing and budgets.
– Maintain the online club calendar.
– Liaise with event staff, suppliers, and security.
– Ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
– Recruit and lead the events team.
Skills and Experience:
– Prior event coordination and management and/or sales experience.
– A bubbly personality with sales, front of house and meet & greet experience.
– A good level of literacy, numeracy and ICT skills.
– Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
– Leadership abilities and a positive work environment promoter.
– Knowledge of health and safety in the workplace.
