Whether you are working away or visiting Frinton on Sea for a day, our short term visitor passes will give you the ultimate flexibility to visit our club and enjoy a game of tennis or our heated swimming pool.

Our visitor passes may be purchased from either the office contacting Kim Willetts ( weekly and monthly passes) or from the bar staff on the day ( daily passes).

Please bear in mind that all visitors have to be signed in without any exception. 

About our club 

Our tennis club is one of the country’s most prestigious, and has played host to both past and future Wimbledon champions. With 16 grass tennis courts and 8 all-weather courts, our club has some of the best facilities in the area. Founded in 1899 as a private members’ club, Frinton Lawn Tennis, Croquet and Bowls Club flourished in post Victorian England. Although Croquet and Bowls were some of the original activities of the Club, it is for tennis that the Club has become world famous for.

Our BANGS bar, situated inside our spectacular thatched clubhouse, is fully licensed and offers a wide range of beer, lager, wine, fizz, gin and other spirits, all at competitive prices. The clubhouse is also home to our beautiful Ballroom, which is available to hire for weddings and events.

Our heated swimming pool is open from May to September. During the peak summer months, we have lifeguards on duty and a range of swimming times for children.
