Hello! We hope you’ve had a wonderful Christmas.

It’s been quite the year at the Club. Recovering after the pandemic and setting out our plans for the future. You have rallied to the cause. 2023 will see the works undertaken on our thatched roof and a range of other improvements on the way too. Our huge thanks to you for sticking with us, helping us raise the necessary funds and making our Club the amazing place it is. You can see some of the wonderful photographs from the year below.

That’s not to say the work is over, of course. There is much to be done. We’ll set out our plans in January with details on what we need to do to continue to build. But for now, on behalf of your Board and Committees, I want to wish you all a very Happy New Year. And extend a huge thanks to all of our amazing staff at the Club who work so very hard on our behalf. Thank you and may 2023 be a year in which we continue to build and grow.

Meanwhile a few news items for you…

We’re now looking forward to New Year! Our New Year’s Eve Party will be taking place at the Club. The bar will be open to all, but the Ballroom will be in use for the function itself.

Frinton Jazz Club
Meanwhile, January sees the return of the Frinton Jazz Club – “Some Kinda Wonderful’ is back on the 13th and 14th January – it’s an amazing show so please book your tickets HERE.

Sunday Lunch
Join us for the first Roast Sunday lunch of 2023 on Sunday 15th January! We will be once again serving a delicious two course meal :
Main
Roast Rump of Beef, 28-day dry aged (Gluten free on Request), Roast Leg of Lamb, Roasted Butternut Squash and Beetroot Wellington or Grilled Seabass

Dessert
Honey and Hazelnut Pudding, Chocolate and Honeycomb Cheesecake or Cheddar and Brie board

Wedding Website
We have a brand new website! Please check it out HERE. Everything you need to know about our wedding packages and hall hire for any parties you may wish to hold is on there. Rebecca and Karen are always on hand to answer any of your enquires and show you around the Club. Of course there are discounts for Members to book the venue.

Gym Open Day
We will be in full sporting form in January as we try to shed the excess lbs from gorging for the past few weeks! Please do come to our Gym Open Day on Saturday 14th January. Details are HERE.
