What a busy week it’s been for the Club, especially for a few of our members competing in the Masters Event! Matches kicked off on Monday in scorching heat, and although midweek rain threatened to slow things down, the bubble helped keep play going.
Well done to everyone who battled through the tough conditions and progressed through the rounds.
Members mentions to Marcus Eatherton who won 1st in the over 30’s Singles, and George Moxon for coming 2nd. And to all our over members who took part this week, Elliot Ball, Richard Williams & Mel Lee.
The last finals take place tomorrow from 10am. Good luck to all involved and why not pop down to watch some fantastic tennis being played at our Club!
