It’s an early newsletter this week. Just to bring the weekend forward! Or alternatively to let you know the BIG NEWS. This Friday sees the return of Karaoke at the Club!

Karaoke | Friday 24th November 

Do you like singing? Or maybe just listening to other people sing? Or perhaps you like watching people who can’t sing try to sing? Either way, you should join us at the Club for a fun informal social evening. There’s no need to book, it’s free of charge and non-members are always welcome too. As ever Bill Greeno and James Blackman will be presiding over the evening which kicks off at 8pm. Enjoy! 

Club Sweater | Classic Pure New Wool

A bespoke design, limited edition, pure new wool sports jumper with our Club colours and logo! Brand new for 2024 and made by one of the country’s leading manufacturers of high quality knitwear. One-off orders aren’t possible so can only place an order once we receive a minimum order size. The delivery time these custom-made sweaters is a couple of months and we’ll try to speed the process through as quickly as we can. Christmas Parties | 8th, 9th, 15th & 22nd December

OMG. In just a couple of weeks our festive parties begin! The first of them will be on Friday 8th December. Don’t miss out on the festive fun this year! Join us for our amazing Christmas parties, where you can enjoy delicious food, drinks and our resident DJ, Andrew from SW11 is back! Whether you want to celebrate with your family, friends or colleagues, our Club festive parties are the best in town!  Although some of the evenings are fully booked, there’s still time to book your tickets and get ready for fab evening! Family Disco | Thursday 21st December

Don’t miss our family disco, where all the kids love dancing and having a blast! Join us for a an afternoon of funky tunes, glittery lights and groovy moves!

Kids’ buffet, drinks, crackers and maybe even a visit from the big red man himself with a small gift for the children to take home. It’s aimed at primary school aged children but there’s no set age limit. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Book your tickets HERE.

New Year’s Eve | Party

We’re booking up fast for our Club NYE celebrations! This year, for the first time, you have two options. You can join us for a spectacular buffet, drinks and dancing ticket. Or join us later on for drinks and dancing. Buffet and Dancing tickets are £55 and Dancing tickets (arriving at the Club from 9pm) are just £25. Bounce & Burn | Saturdays at 8am

Just a quick heads up. We’re going to test out a new time slot for our class. Instead of the usual Saturday 11am, we’ll meet on Saturday 8am instead. We hope this will be more convenient for you. What better way to kick off your weekend than with a fitness class? Check out our classes HERE. 

Tennis Coaching 

Are you looking for a fun way to improve your tennis skills? If so, you should sign up for our tennis coaching sessions. Our coaches are friendly, experienced and certified by the LTA. They will help you learn the basics, master the techniques and enjoy the game. Whether you are a beginner or an intermediate player, we have a coaching program that suits your needs and goals. And Finally

This Friday our Board will meet and we’ll be bringing the various matters raised at the AGM and a host of other matters for discussion. We’ll let you know the direction of travel in the coming weeks as we prepare for 2024! And an important component of that will be the survey results in which we have had a really positive response and some excellent suggestions and ideas too.
