Frinton Triangle Tournament 2024

Historically, this event took place for many years over one weekend and faltered because it was too much to pack into a single weekend.

It was a good opportunity for participants and members to enjoy reciprocal hospitality and there was a trophy!

We need 11 players for cricket, 4 players for tennis, 4 players for croquet and 8 players for golf.

Rules will be explained but for now, treat this as an opportunity to exercise your other talents and choose a sport. We need someone in each category to gather a team. Please get your names down on the board in the Club.

Tennis & Croquet – 23rd June at 2pm

Cricket – 7th July at 12 Noon

Golf – 21st July at 3pm

Triangle Tournament Raffle Tickets

Raffle tickets are available for purchase behind the bar, with all prizes to be drawn at the final event at the Golf Club on 21st July. Tickets are priced at £2.50 each or £10 for a strip of five.

The main prize is a dinner for two at Milsom’s The Pier & Hotel in Harwich, including a one-night stay, breakfast, and a boat trip around Harwich Harbour.

The second prize is two tickets to see ABBA Voyage.
The third prize is a Sunday lunch for two at the Talbooth.

There are many more attractive prizes to be won. The raffle runs until the 20th July, and all proceeds will go to Market Field School, a school for children with moderate learning difficulties. Please support this amazing cause.
