Sunday Lunch Terms and Conditions
Tickets are bookable via the FOSLTC website or at the club with a member of staff.
Full amount to be paid upfront to confirm the booking.
Final pre-orders due 10 days prior or as stated on our website.
Any allergies, or dietary requirements must be stated upon pre-ordering. If not mentioned, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cater accordingly on the afternoon.
If you are booking online, the time specified on the booking may not be guaranteed and someone within the Events team will confirm within 48hours of the booking being made
If you are booking for more than 10 people, a seating plan may be required for the afternoon
Cancellation policy:
Within 2 weeks of the booked date no refunds of any payments will be given.
Between 2-3 weeks 50% refund will be given of the final payment made.
Between the date of booking and to 3 weeks prior 90% given of any payment made.
Payments can be made by via Cash, Card or Bank Transfer.
