Frinton-on-Sea Lawn Tennis Club | Open Day

We will be holding an open day on Saturday 20 May between 11am and 4pm to showcase the club to prospective new members. If you have friends or family who might be interested, please do invite them to attend. Visitors will be able to try their hand at tennis, squash, and croquet and find out about our newly refurbished gym and fitness classes.
Our heated swimming pool and our poolside kitchen with its brand-new summer menu will be open too!

LTA Youth Start taster session: 11:45-12:30.

Open to prospective members and those who have not had coaching with NEETacademy before. Fun games and technique practices with NEETacademy coaches. Sign-up sheet at welcome desk.

Adult tennis coaching clinic: 12:30-13:15.

Open to prospective members. Some technique refreshers in a fun environment with NEETacademy coaches. Sign-up sheet at welcome desk.

*Regular weekly coaching activity will continue on the day. Open day attendees are encouraged to come and observe our normal coaching activities.

All-day taster sessions

We will be offering free coaching for children who would like to try squash.

We have free slots at 12:30, 13:30, 14:30 and 15:30.

Please message Abi on 07929408772 to book a slot.

Coaching for adults and kids, Squash and Racquet ball will be available during the day as well. All equipment will be provided.

• Croquet •

Alice in Wonderland themed fun day! The NEW full croquet lawn will be open for taster sessions and demonstration.

There will also be a ‘Fun’ croquet lawn with Alice in Wonderland themed equipment. Plus… Rabbit holes for the kids to explore and prices up for grabs!

12 Noon – Have a go at Croquet session
1pm – Mad Hatters Tea Party
2pm – WI croquet coached session
3pm – Have a go at Croquet session
All day – Fun croquet sessions (on Alice in Wonderland lawn)
